In the haze of dreamy states and earth quakes
in our heads
we seek sanctuary
in the realms of our own homes
To ponder in our thoughts
and evaluate the system
of every day transgressions
And a light bulb lights up in our head
are we half alive or are we dead
No thats not possible
But instead we are analyzing
the every day actions of others
and trying to put the mass puzzle together
within our own minds
to understand something much deeper
We can drive down the roads
and look on each side
and look at the people inside their cars
and there isn't a smile or even a wave
There is mass confusion
of what is to come
Is every one else worried
about what is to come in the day.
So we can ponder
and we can wonder
whats going on in the world
Beyond what we see in the news
because its much deeper then that
it is something called instinct
And our instinct have put us all on red alert,
So through the every day confusions and all the illusions
within our mind we must get a grip
and continue on in our lives
to make a difference in our days
and more importantly ,
make a difference in other peoples lives
Humble is the heart
that seeks peace of mind
And shares that peace with others.
