(At one time or another in our lives we are seperated from the person or persons that we love, And we have to remind ourselves that we will make it through all the hurdles no matter what we have to face we will be reunited in one way or another.) Your so far away
And I really don't understand
why I have to be alone today
And yet I search deeper within my own mind
and I really do understand
why it has to be this way
And that's ok
Because I understand
you completely
There may be road blocks ahead of us
and that cant stand in our way
Because we will get through them
one day at a time
Because nothing is impossible
as long as we can dream
Your so far away
and here it is another day
that has come and gone its way
But some how my heart
continues to remain strong
every day through my faith
and through my hope and my strength
I will get through the day
You know I have my moments
when I have my ups and downs
You have had them too
And when your not around
It's really hard at times
Because you aren't by my side
And yet no matter how many road blocks stand in our way
we will make it through each and every day
You may be far away for the moment
but we will get through it
No matter how impossible it may seem
I will continue to think of you and dream
I have to admit
if you were by my side
right now this very moment
That I would never let you go
And I know
and you know
what you mean to me
And I know what I mean to you
But right now
you are so far away
And I am just having a difficult day
because you aren't by my side
But some how I will get through the day
any way that I can
And I will continue to remind myself
that this is just another way
for me to share my thoughts with you
So I write down my emotions and my feelings
so that you can see
that this is just another way
for me to let you know
how much I really miss you
And that there never is a day that goes by
without me thinking about you in a special way
You may be far away
but inside my heart
I know we will get through the road blocks
that are standing in our way
and then we can say it was meant to be.
I know your spirit is always beside me
and for now that will have to do
