Another sea tale

(There is nothing more captivating
then being by the sea when the sun begins to rise or fall.
Because the reflection will always remain
painted in my mind till the end of time.)
(This is but one memory by the sea
that will forever embrace me
in a special way.)
(Within my mind the sea will always be my sanctuary )
In the early morning fog
all I could see were
the lights going round and round
on top of the light house
like a carousel spinning through the night
And in the distance
I could hear the boats
blowing there horns.
And just for a moment
I imagined being the captain of a ship
going from port to port
exploring the world by sea
But as the day began to move forward
And day light was quickly approaching
the darkness of night would disappear
And I watched the transformation
in amazement as the sun began to rise
with utter fascination
at all the magnificent colors in the sky
reflecting down on the calm sea
and it was the most beautiful experience
I had ever seen
The sea has always been my sanctuary
and a place where I can find peace
because it can take my imagination
on a new journey
through many transformations
through out the day
And on this particular day
I looked up to the heavens
as I watched the sun begin to rise
as it peaked through the darkness
And I would sit back
and I would watch in awe
at all the beauty
that surrounded me that day
by the sea
watching endlessly as the colorful skies
began to transform
It was as if they were
embracing me with passion
The beauty of the sea and the sun
interlaced within my mind
as I would capture the waves in my sight
as they would splash against the sand
and I would watch in amazement
as the tide would go out
and then come back in again
This was such a peaceful place
where palm trees surrounded the landscape
and sand crabs would let us know
that we are on there guarded sand,
And out in the distance on the horizon
I could see the dolphins smiling in wonder
as they would swim in there home out at sea
I really enjoyed watching them
as they began singing
and playing and dancing
And in my mind
they are the angels of the sea
and they always will be to me
I will never forget
as the new day
peaked through the horizon
As I looked way up above in the sky
at all the beauty presented to me
And I was surprised that day to see
sea gulls flying through the sky
and then flying low
as a fisherman's boat would
pass by
because they were looking for a quick bite
and a free meal.
All this beauty embraced me completely
that day as if I was touched by heaven.
