Mom's LoveI am so rich with love that only a mom can give. You gave me your guiding hand. You gave me shelter from the storm and took away all my fears. Behind each cloud may we find sunshine as we take our journey. May we find the best in people and in life. As I learn to show patience and kindness toward others. As I learn how to Appreciate thiongs in life. How to love nature. And how to speak words of kindness. As you taught me how to fly free with dignity. How to keep memories keen. For the time will come and the future is where I will go free. You stand back and let me make my own mistake in life. But you were there with outstretched arms to comfort. How to became a beautiful woman. A reflection of a woman set free. To pass down her teaching from no other than them. Thank you mom BY JONE ALICE COX Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
