Don't you think that it is time
to walk down a different line
and get away from the people
that you claim are your friends
so that you can quit crying in the rain
Don't you think that it is time
to find peace of mind
Haven't you noticed
everything around you
is destroying you
and it has turned
your life upside down
and now your feeling all alone
without a place that you can call home
and your feeling blue
because you have no where to turn to
Don't you think that it is time
to head right out of town
and quit crying in the rain
and leave that life behind you
because it is destroying you
You know if you ever do go back
you will feel the pain all over again
Your running out of life lines
Don't you think that it is time
to start living again
and start walking
down a different line
You know your running out of time
and pretty soon you will find
nothing but a dead end
Don't you think that it is time
to get out of town
And start living again
I know your ready for a change
And now all you will have to do
is rearrange your mind
so that you can be positive
and make some new friends
in a new town
that wont ever hurt you again
So that you can have peace of mind.
Then you can be free from all of the pain.
