You are going away again
on another mission today
to save another life
for a cause that you believe in
to stop mental and physical abuse
And without a second thought
and not even blinking an eye
you step right back into the fire
and you walk through
the gates of hell
into the flame of no mans land
on any given hour
to help others become survivors
Every day without fail
when ever you are needed
you step right back
into the nightmare
without hesitation
Because you are a survivor
of mental and physical abuse
I know that as long as you live
that you will
make it your mission
to try and help
anyone that you can
because of your own
personal experience
from abuse
You have always said
that if you can save
one more life
and stop mental and physical abuse
from ever happening again
then you have turned
a tragedy in your life
into a life long mission
of inner healing
by helping others
in any way that you can
