will you listen?
what does it take
to make you see reason
why is it you can only see
what is right on the top of your nose
oh well here goes!
I have tried to show you
the mirror from my point of view
but you dont see things the way I do
so what will it take to get through to you??
will I have to take you
to the ends of the earth
to show you he is of little worth
and doesnt care what you do!
will I have to step into the future
and show you the final picture
let you see the reality
of the situation you are in
but you wont want to see
the truth hurts to touch
so I will have to be there
when it all becomes too much
