then just giving a reason
There's more to satisfying,
than it is to just pleasing
There's more to being happy,
than forcing a fake smile
There's more problems being an adult,
than it was being a child
There's more to a sacrifice,
than just doing your part
There's more in forgiving,
than following your heart(mind)
There's more to borrowing,
than it is to just lending
There's more to keeping it together,
than it is just pretending
There's more to fixing,
than it is tearing things down
There's more to being lonely,
than it is having no one around
There's more to being a leader,
than it is to follow
There's more to suffering,
than it is wallowing in sorrow

than it is in asking
