Once thine anger rolled
In floods through the whole world
Sparing none but one old man
Whose heart thine law could heed
Compassionate thou heart grew
Letting go of him with just a few
Later amid desert land
Wandered a dozen clans
Feeding from heavenly stores
Yet evil couldn't they for go
Your patience turned into pestilence
And the kill was merciless
Much later you did search
But couldn't find a single heart
Worthy in this darkened earth
You sent us your own son to be hurt
For merciful thou surely art
And compassion thou verily be
Unto whom you really wanna be
