Because of you

You have taught me through time

To be more understanding
with humility and grace

Because of you

I can hold my head up high

And you can see the new glow
in my eyes and on my face

Because of you

I was blessed with a nice surprise

Because you helped me
to open up my eyes
and to believe in miracles

Because they really do
happen
even in difficult times

And thanks to you
I can say this to you
I recognize your blessings that you
have given to me
and I acknowledge them completely

Because of you I can see that
the miracles that have been
happening
to me were truly meant to be

Because you have reconnected
me with my natural birth family

And now for the very first time in
my life I am free from all of my
burdens that were hanging over me

Because of you
I will never
be lonely again

And I am humbled now
and I am no longer troubled

And all of the storms that used to
be
in front of me are now behind me

And now I can see that I
am free.
and full of life and energy

Because of your light
that is shining
right in front of me

Because of you Lord
 
And thanks to a special earth angel

I have been reunited with my birth family
