He has caused you to test yourself, when there wasn't a need.
He has cut into your soul and made you bleed.
You are competing with women you don't even know.
He tells you that you are nothing, unless you wear revealing clothes.
You give everything you have, even when the love received is cold.
The constant desire to please him, has made you feel tired and old.
You use to laugh and smile for no particular reason why.
He has taken that inner glow and that sparkle from your eyes.
Because he is the grim reaper of the kind of love that leaves you dry.
Wasting all of your efforts, while the good ones passes you by.
I don't understand, your need to be justified by a man.
A foolish woman, is his biggest fan.
He is never satisfied, even when you are doing all that you can.
You would come out better joining a "Girl let me tell you!" band.
You have yourself to blame and no one else.
You need time alone to think by yourself.
Take all of that pain and put it up on a shelf.
Sort out your feelings and see what is left.
There is a woman buried under all of that rubble.
There is no more time to be foolish and stubborn.
Listen to the woman deep down inside who is troubled.
Let her come to the surface, embrace her for she need value.
