Today I am ready to be free
under the vibrant sun
as it is shining down on me
on the sandy shores by the sea
Today I have prepared myself
to go swimming with the dolphins
down below under the ocean waves
where there is so much beauty
and whole new world
to discover the many new treasures
that are waiting for me
Today simplicity
will release me
into the sea
in a positive way
to set me free
from society
and everything
that I have ever known
in every way
to calm the inner
dimensions of my mind
so that I can embrace serenity
completely
