Ravaged
My heart is covered by cobwebs and dust,
it is empty and devoid of warm emotion,
all life drained away by sadness and loss.
My soul has become a vacant,crumbling chamber of terror,
filled with haunting memories,
and has become a vile,decrepit place,
full of loneliness and despair.
My mind is wracked with pain and deception,
and has become an empty maze of horror,
crying out for what it once had in her.
My life is destroyed,laid bare by the savage
lions of deceitfulness,
ravaged by the most terrible memories,
leaving me lost and alone because I've lost
my sweet lover.
