His Mind in You
If to be any comfort in the love,
That Christ brought from above;
If any fellowship in His Spirit,
With promises what you inherit.
If any mercy to give you peace,
To ease tension of strife to cease;
If any insight about the unknown,
Assuring of not facing life alone.
Let the joy of love fill your heart,
Allowing nobody to try to thwart;
And peace of God into your mind,
To become one in Him and aligned.
Allow His mind to be within you,
For giving you a new point of view;
Being made free of slavery to sin,
As you are being purified within.
In the name of Jesus every knee bow,
Pledging in prayer your solemn vow;
As every tongue confess He is Lord,
To the glory of God within His Word.
