All these years later

(True story)
( I was recently reunited with my sisters
that I never knew I had, until a month ago)
I know that we
may not live close
to each other
I really wish
that we did
But in my heart
I will always treasure
the new found love
that I found in the two of you
all these years later
Because through
the blessings
of the Lord
our prayers
have been answered
with a true living miracle
And we were
brought back together
to explore and discover
the treasures of being reunited
as brother and sisters
We can cherish
the years that are
ahead of us together
knowing we have each other
I recognize the blessings
that have come to us
and I acknowledge
each and every
one of them
And I am more then thankful
and humbled
to be able to be
reunited together
with you
as brother and sisters
There will be trials
and errors along the way
But some how
we will get through
what ever faces us
in the years to come
And with each
passing day
We will grow
stronger together
One day at a time
Because I know
that love is patient
and kind
and understanding
and forgiving too
And this is
the greatest gift
we could ever
share with each other
Loving each
other as brother
and sisters
all these years later.
