The Plain Girl

Though she be as plain as a white washed wall.
Be the owner of the simplest of minds.
Have the most peculiar ways.
Be skinny as a fence post.
Have the dullest,lifeless brown eyes.
and lips dry as the desert:
She has the compassion and mercy of a saint.
A peacefulness that is undeniable,unshakable.
The kindest of words for everyone.
An unassuming personality.
The loving heart of an angel,
and most of all she has my love.
