Reflections through friendship

(I look back on the
Reflections through friendship
that I have had in my lifetime.
And I remind myself every day
how blessed I have been
from the special friends that I have had
who have come and gone
through out the years.)
In love and in sorrow
through the course
of our lives friends
will come and go
Some will move on
And unfortunately
others will pass away
Not because they wanted to
but it was because
it was there time
to enter into
the gates of heaven
Some people we will forget
Because they walked
into our lives
as quick as they left
and they never
got to know us
There were others
who stuck beside us
who will forever
influence us
and leave there footprints
within our minds
that will last
a thousand life times
And they are the ones
who we will always remember
from the memories
that they shared with us
through out the years
And it was because of there
kind and loving ways
and from there gentleness
that they shared with us
while they were here
Because they truly were
the ones who cared about us
all through the years
It's all because of the
special experiences
that I was able
to share with them
that will forever
be embedded in my mind
They were
and some still are
special earth angels
that came into our lives
and became our friends
when we needed them
as much as they needed us
I will always remember
the special ones
even after they are gone
Because they are the ones
who have molded my life
in so many ways
And I thank God
every day
for the ones
who are still around
Because I truly
have been blessed
by each and everyone of them
in more ways then I could
ever imagine
Because they are the ones
who have touched my life
and embraced my soul
with there unconditional love
and there kind and caring ways
And they were
the ones who stood beside me
from beginning to end
In love and in sorrow
through the course
of our lives
friends will come and go
And I will never
forget anyone of them
Because they have all
touched my soul
God bless the ones
who are gone now
And God bless the ones
who are still around
Because through each
and everyone of them
I have truly been blessed.
