Miracles from Heaven

(This poem is dedicated to a friend of mine
who is suffering from ovarian cancer
she fought cancer of the blood six years ago
and she survived and she lived to
tell everyone about her miracle
and now she is fighting all over again, Please say a small prayer for her.)
Let the beauty of music
embrace your heart and soul
And let the morning light
fill you with warmth
as the early morning breeze
begins to blow through your hair
Imagine yourself
feeling alive
and whole again
I do understand that
you are suffering
and I know that you are afraid
and I know that you hurt inside
And I honestly feel for you
Please don't be afraid anymore
You have survived cancer once
before many years ago
and your chances of surviving
back then were really slim
Remember we shared our thoughts
back then about everything
that you were going through
and I kept reminding you
that you would survive
Almost everyone else
thought that you would die
but many of us believed
in the power of prayer
and you are still alive
to share your miracle
of survival with everyone
There is a reason
for you to be here
Because your work here
isn't finished yet
Please don't be afraid any more
let the music take you away
on a long and beautiful journey
And everything that you
are going through
will all be over soon
A week from now
you will have a lot
to face because you will
have to go through
an operation one more time
Please try to always remember
that you will never be completely alone
especially when you are in the operating room
because angels will be beside you every step of the way
And then when it is time
for you to wake up again
always remember that you were blessed
more then once in your life time
Because you were touched
and you still are touched
through miracles from Heaven
