You have very few possession's
and to others you may seem
to have nothing

But you do possess
a beautiful heart
and that's the greatest
treasure that
you can call your own

You don't even have a home
because you have lost everything

Your world has been torn
upside down and some how you still smile every day
instead of frowning in any way

During the evening hours
you sit in the park
on a bench under the stars
and the moon late at night

And you are not afraid to sleep
because angels stand beside you all through the night

During the day you look at the trail that leads up to the mountain top

Because you know
that a day will come
when it will be your turn
to walk up the trail
to climb to the top of the mountain

When you finally do you will know that you are that much closer to Heaven

And then you will finally be able to look back down the mountain
to see where you were then and  where you will be some day

Because you have survived through every hurdle
that ever stood in your way
and you never once gave up on life

I do promise you
that there will come
a time in your life
when you will start
thinking about your
final destination

Because you know
where you will be going

That day is coming
when you will no longer
suffer or hunger for anything
ever again

When that time
does come around
it will be your turn to go home

And then you will be blessed
with a brand new home
that is laced in gold
and you will also have
a brand new body

You will no longer thirst
or hunger ever again for anything

You may not possess
anything in a materialistic way

But you do you have everything

Because you have the wisdom
to know that Heavenly blessings will bless your soul
for all the kind things that you ever did while you were here

Some day really soon you will no longer go through
anymore suffering

Because you have always been kind to others
and you have always treated everyone the same

Your not bitter or angry in any way or form

But you do live every day
as if it were your last day

Your always humbled
through other peoples kind ways
and you are always thankful every day

Because you have clothes to wear
and you have food in your belly

And some day you will be rewarded
ten fold for all of your kind ways

And when that time comes all the suffering that you have ever gone through
will turn around and  bless you more then you could have ever imagined

Because God has saved a key just for you to enter into the narrow gates of Heaven for eternity

Because you were  blessed with righteousness
all the days of your life
and no matter what hurdles stood in front of you

You never once complained
about your life.

Because you were thankful
in every way for all the blessings
that you received while you were here.
