I am sorry
that you are hurting
and I am sorry
that you are suffering
the way that you are today
I know a part of you
keeps going in circles
and you feel like your not
getting anywhere
But some how
you keep trying anyway
I honestly know
how you are feeling today
because I have been
where you are right now
Because you feel like
there is no one around
to help you through the storm
And that is why you feel so alone
And all I can say is that
things will get better for you soon
You cant turn back time
because those days are gone
just keep breathing I know
it may be hard at times
because your hurting inside
Just try to remember
to start living your life again
I know a part of you keeps crying
because you feel like you are dying
and your heart keeps bleeding inside
Because you feel like you
are going in circles
and your not getting any where
Lately all you have wanted to do
is crawl up into a ball and hide
all of your feelings inside
But that is not the way to go
If you need
some one to talk to
Try to remember
that I am here
for you
Because I honestly do know
what you are going through
Yesterday is gone
and things will
never be the same
Burn all the old bridges down
behind you
So that you can move forward
and start living again
Then you will finally be free
