God really does love you
God really does love you

(This poem is written for a friend of mine who survived cancer not once but twice in her life time
because she believed in the power of prayer and miracles)
The Heavens will open
up in the clouds
so that you can see
Gods light shining down on you
And Gods hands
will come down
through the clouds
reaching out to you
So that he can hold you
in his arms to remind you
That you are loved
as much today
as you have always been
Continue to embrace heaven
like you have
And you will always be blessed
all the days of your life
From your ups and downs
and through hope
and through your prayers
and through knowing in your heart
that God is always there
to comfort you when you
need him the most
God really does love you
and all of his children
Believe in faith
And believe in him
And always remember anything
is possible as long as you
hand all of your burdens over to him
Because through Gods hands
miracles really do happen
Never forget that God has been
and always will be beside you
Continue
to acknowledge him
and recognize
all of the blessings
that he has in store for you
