Excuses
You know all of God's laws,
And is possible for to obey;
But still you allow your flaws,
Grow bigger each passing day.
His decrees are not in Heaven,
Rather right here on the earth;
Unto Moses they were given,
To help you from time of birth.
But many times you allow abuse,
Even if being against His command;
And merely make up some excuse,
Hoping it is good enough to stand.
But no excuses He wants to hear,
For a reason you can not abide;
God only wants you to be sincere,
In the truth you are hiding inside.
You can choose life and success,
Or a gloomy disaster and death;
With truth He will surely bless,
In eternity after your last breath.
