The bounty of country living,
Is a delightful prevalence.
When looking out my kitchen window,
I spy a rabbit in stillness.
It sits in total quietude.
A deer sprints across the pasture,
With surreal agility.
My window is a portal,
To God's preservation.
An experience that enhances the view,
When looking out the window.
A subsistence none can compare,
Of life untouched.
The simplistic livelihood,
Of creatures, that occupies this land.
