Deep down inside her heart

She walks endlessly
next to the sea shore
seeking answers to her prayers
And after walking
what seems to be miles on end
she finally decided
that her answers will be found
Because every time
when she walks by the sea
she feels like she is
so much closer to Heaven
In her heart she knows
in time that she will no longer
have to feel this way anymore
because she knows
that she will find
the answers that
she has been looking for
She tires quickly
after walking for
such a long time
so she decides to sit down
and listen to the wind
as ocean waves comfort her
And she captures
all the beauty
that surrounds her
as she sits hopelessly
trying to find her answers
down by the sea
where she can find
peace and tranquility
Deep down inside her heart
she feels empty and lonely
and all she truly ever wanted
was someone who would love her
unconditionally
But some how
she is strong enough
to keep a
positive attitude
Because she knows that some day
that it wont always be this way
and then when that time comes
she wont ever be lonely again
Because this to shall pass
At least she has the strength and the faith
that she carries inside her heart
Because she honestly knows
that all of her prayers
will be answered some day
She has crossed many bridges
through out her life
and she has stumbled
and she has fallen along the way
and some how
she has always gotten through
her ups and downs before
Because she was strong enough
to get past the hurdles
that stood in her way
and she has succeeded and progressed
Because she believes
in the power of prayer
and she honestly knows
that God will answer
each and every one of her prayers
some day
And when that day comes
she knows in her heart
that she will
no longer be lonely
because all the answers
that she has been searching for
will finally be found
on the wings of a prayer
