What Can I Say
I have many emotions for you,what can I say?
You tore down my protection,now,you're running away.
I've cried so many tears;as,I fall asleep at night,
I can't stand it anymore--do you want me to give up the fight?
I've loved you,my dear,as my life you consume,
I feel in my heart,our love should forever resume.
You told me that you are afraid;
yet,sometimes I feel it's a charade.
I lie awake each night praying for you.
I feel so much love;yet,I am lonely and blue.
My life has much less meaning without you near;
so,I continually pray to Our Father,Dear.
I miss you more than you perhaps know,
You are the fire that sets my passion aglow!
I've been told I love you too much;
but,I believe those words are used as a crutch.
You say you want your freedom ,what can I say?
I'll miss you today,tomorrow,and,in every passing day.
I love you dear,What can I say?
