Driving down the road in my sixty three Ford(True story)
Driving around town in my sixty three ford

Driving down the road
in my sixty three ford
with my top down
on a Saturday morning
feeling the wind
blowing through my hair
I was just eighteen
and I felt like I was
on top of the world
behind the wheel
driving around town
on a bright and sunny day
I sure do miss those days
in so many ways
When I was young
and having so much fun
and driving down the road
with my top down
in my sixty three ford
Gasoline was
thirty nine cents a gallon
and every penny of it
was well spent
I could go
any where I wanted to
and I never got bored
Those were the good old days
when I had so much fun
driving around town
with my top down
in my sixty three ford
And without fail
wouldn't you know it
When I got done
I always ended up
with a really bad sunburn.
