Alone

Tears fall down from your eyes
because you feel so alone
and you are so overwhelmed
with a deep profound sadness
as you lay down in your bed motionless
in complete darkness
Because you are feeling
empty and lost
Lately your emotions
have gotten the best of you
at such a high cost
Because you miss your
loved ones who used to be
so close to you.
Life has taken
a bitter toll on you
and everything around you
has turned blue
Because of the mixed feelings
and emotions that you carry
deep inside your heart
And you just don't know
what to do anymore
Because it is
out of your control
Every day that goes by
you still try to hide
the emptiness and the
loneliness that you feel inside
that has consumed you
and filled you with heavy burdens
Because you feel so alone inside
Yet your sadness still shows
because it shows in your eyes
Hopefully some day
you will find a solution
to the sadness that you feel
and you will wake up one day
and no longer feel alone inside
Because one day really soon
you will finally be
closer to the ones
that you love the most
and you will no longer
have to ever feel alone again
