Depression is faceless and nameless
If you know someone who
is going through depression
try to be compassionate and understanding
and try to put yourselves in there shoes
and let them know that they can count on you
Give them a shoulder to cry on
when they need you
and let them know that you
are willing to listen to them
This will help them to be
comfortable enough with you
and then they will be more then willing
to share there thoughts with you
Embrace them and hold them
and hug them when they need you to
And always let them know
that you are there for them
and remind them every day
that they do have you
to help them get through
the storms that they are going through
because they have a friend in you
Your friendship and your thoughtfulness
will truly help them to heal inside
and they will honestly be thankful
that you were right by there side
every step of the way
