I'm trying to keep my composure
I'm trying to stay cool and calm Every time I begin to frown There goes that darned alarm Morbid expressions are bad for your health you know Each grimace is another line on your face So a smile is well worth the benefit Point those crow's feet to another place If I'm vexed I try not to show it If I'm excited I stay the same too The only routine I stay faithful with And this is what you should do Facial exercises are all the rage now Though in the privacy of your home you'll agree Don't try them in front of an audience Or they'll have occasion to scream and flee Head back and pull your chin upwards Pretend you're a fish taking gasps Feel the tension working wonders in your neck region Don't speak or it will sound like a sore rasp Contorting is the best form of physical activity Will keep your profile lithe and taut and young The only other remedy is a full face lift For which a few thousand pounds you'll be stung Vote for this poem |
