GRASS
Scent of mown grass
Blows through my open window
A sudden strong blast
That takes my breath away
Pollen spinning in clouds
Speckled dots in the air
Wavering over trees
Branches swaying without care
A wonderful aroma
Lushness lies below
Trillions of green seeds
I've watched as they grow
