LIFT    THY    WEAPON

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Lift up thy weapon
And face me to face
For if thou says something
Then speak not in haste.
Come forward dear sir
And enforce with thine hand
For when you speak ill
No regrets to demand.
Do not shelter under the skirts
Of alibi's and the uncouth
Come out with it clear
And stand strong with proof.
Take upon kind sir
And give reasons quite clear
Why you libel me strong
For all neighbours to hear.
No gun or knife
Will cause injury to me
Nor words spoken in local tongue
You will agree.
There is only one way to crack my shell
To cause me pain and bring me hell
If thou uses the pen
My character to destroy
I will curse your blood and
Take pleasure and joy
In blindly ignoring
Such foolish a ploy.
