and hold me with affection
and gaze into my eyes
and tell me
that you love me
with conviction
Gently kiss me
and reassure me
that you still want me
as much as I want you
Because I need to know
that the love that we
share with each other
is stronger now
then it ever was before
I still love you
and I need to know
that you love me too
not just by your words
but by your actions too
I need and want to feel
the passion from you
so that I will know
that our love is real
then I will truly know
how much you care
