(I was lead to write this poem
when I read a poem here in poetrpoem.com
that touched my heart deeply)
It's a shame that people can go so low
as to try and destroy every ounce of our soul
out of there own pure enjoyment
Maybe in there own time
they will have
the same thing happen to them
and then maybe they will have a change of heart
Hate is such a strong word
and it truly can
pierce the heart of our soul
But we must remind ourselves that
we are stronger then that because
the Lord can truly make us whole again
And then we can
no longer be there victims of pain
They may move on
to destroy there next victims of pain
so the same thing
can happen to someone else all over again
because most of the time it is a repetitive cycle
Maybe some day
they will feel everything
that you are feeling right now
and then just maybe
they will be willing to change
The first step to healing
is to first forgive them
and then to hand all of
your burdens over to the Lord
so that maybe some day
they can change
and they may truly want
to be forgiven themselves
If not
then there time will come
when it will be there turn
when they will pass on
and move to a place
that is just right for them
Because they chose to never change
and this is when
they will realize that for everything
that they did when they were here
that it will truly come back on them
and this is when
they will truly
feel an eternity of pain
for all the hurt and sorrow that they caused
when they were amongst the living
