 Discarded Child
The midnight sufferings of a discarded soul
crying amid rose-less thorn bushes
a little child dies a painful death
oh parent-less child
your mother lies wallowing in misery
awaiting her white knight
the same knight that stole your innocence
patience sweet child, death will come soon

Open wounds bleeding, whimpering from pain
oh the wicked do love to cast their stones
foolish hypocrites
forgetful they are of their glass homes
they crawl on their bellies
feeding off the happiness of children
evil vultures of the day
picking on the precious innocents of this world
but know this sweet child, they are damned
and will be cast into the sea
for no deed will go un-judged!

Poor sweet child, you do not go without notice
I've lived the scars of your soul
I know of what kept you terrified in the night
and I've endured a mother's hatred
I am a discarded, parent-less child!
