Help me to learn humility if You'd be so kind,
my Friend, please help me to learn the truth about
myself as well as everything around me,
Help me to realize that I own nothing not even my
own self,
Help me also to realize that I can do absolutely
nothing without You here in my life,
Help me to realize that I am nothing without You
here in my life, help me also to realize that my
life is not my own but a gift from You!!
Help me to realize that my identity is not my own
but also a gift from You, as well as my gifts and
talents at large,
Help me also to realize that You know me better than
I know my own self for You're the One who made me,
Help me to realize that everything that I have is a gift
from You including this pencil in which I am writing,
including this computer in which I am typing,
including these words that I am saying please,
And anytime that You feel that I am too proud of myself,
please humble me by telling me Stop, don't do that in the
name of Jesus!!!
