(Have you ever heard yourself saying these words quietly
I am sure you have at one time or another
but maybe a little bit differently)
Release me from
my own captivity
Because there is
a silent storm
quietly brewing
inside of me
Free me from my mortal bondage
and free me from my pain
and encourage me to let things be
through your Heavenly grace
You are the only one
that I can count on
who can truly set me free
completely
Dear Lord
hear me calling
out your name
Please help me
to prevent the storms
that are coming my way
So that I can
finally put out
these flames
that are burning
inside of me
Because you
and only you Lord
can finally release me
