The City Biker

I am the city biker
I race from place to place
I cross red lights and scream at cars
“why are you in my space”?
I'll run down old pedestrians
cursing their slow pace
kicking their sticks and walking frames
as I continue with my race.
I will never give a signal
just turn before your eyes
and if you should hit my fragile frame
the chances are… I'll die!
But I am the city biker
with my little plastic hat…
and the next time that you see me…
remind me I'm a Twat!!!
