Help Me Not To Complain

Help me not to complain if you'd be so kind,
help me not to complain about things that are beyond my control,

And even when it is within my control,
help me to take responsibility for my thoughts, feelings, and actions instead
of taking them out on someone else,

Help me to be content with the things that I have rather than constantly
complaining for more, more, more,

Help me also to accept the truth about myself as well as the world around
me,

Please help me to count my blessings and make the most of what I've got and
trust You with the things that I need,

And please help me not to complain if you'd be so kind, help me to just be
content with what I have and who I have.
