Profiteering False Prophets
Do not believe some that claim,
Through the Spirit they became;
A child of God that might,
Be given special insight.
Test them for in finding out,
If they have a seed of doubt;
Or if they do come from God,
In showing honor and laud.
Many false prophets on earth,
In having tongues with no worth;
For if they did come from Christ,
They would not become enticed.
So the true source of their seed,
Is really from pride and greed;
For the songs that they have sung,
Are not from heart but from lung.
The songs in the heart are love,
That has been sent from above;
And have been filled with delight,
With His love to give insight.
