I put my foot on the brakes today

I put my foot on the brakes today
and I took a good look around me

I finally figured it all out

I don't want to live in this town

dividers

Because I have been
living here for way to long

dividers

I don't want to keep on
singing the same old song

dividers

Now I realize what I have to
do while I am still around

dividers

There is still so much
more that I need to see

dividers

I know I have seen a lot already
but it surly hasn't been enough for me

dividers

Its time for me to pack my bags
so that I can head on down the highway
to see where it might take me

dividers

So that I can finally set myself free
and no longer live in the city
