Good Sense
If you keep being stubborn,
After so many warnings;
Then you will suddenly learn,
The truth in all the meanings.
Stubbornness won't get you far,
Like going through a brick wall;
And will always leave a scar,
As it exposes a flaw.
Think of others when you speak,
Most things have more than one side;
Look for answers that they seek,
Letting good sense be your guide.
Never let the final word,
Be from the tip of your tongue;
Allowing them to be heard,
Releasing out of their lung.
Always be honest and frank,
As the Word of God tells you;
Remembering Him to thank,
You are able to construe.
