Love from God
What can we say about the love,
That is flowing from up above;
For God sheds His mercy and grace,
Compassion on things that we face.
If we allow God to abide,
Then the Lord is on our side;
So can anyone be our foe,
While we stand where blessings flow.
God did not keep back His own Son,
Since a job needed to be done;
Sacrificing Him for all sin,
For the chance to be cleansed within.
Each of us face death all day long.
But His love only keeps us strong;
Through His love our faith is built,
That is strengthened from loss of guilt.
So why is it do we not learn,
To give love to Him in return;
Along with that love pay respect,
That is bonded not to neglect.
