We must all remind ourselves

We must all remind ourselves
that as long as there is hope
there is room for change
The past is gone never to return again
I have had to learn
through my own experiences
that I must keep going
no matter how hard it may be
Because I would rather
live a full life
and climb aboard the train
so that I could be able to explore
the many new discoveries
that are out there waiting to be found
then to be the one standing in front of the train
Life can be cruel at times
and filled with ups and downs
that can be very hurtful
But we cannot let that destroy
the inner desires and the passions
that we carry in our heart for change
In time you will see what I mean
and you will understand what I am saying
Hold on tight the road ahead is a long one
but the journey is truly worth taking
Try to stay strong through the storms
that you are going through
And remember when the rain starts to cry
as it falls down to the ground
remind yourself that everything will be okay in the long run
