When I held you in my arms yesterday
you and I both started to cry
because of everything
that we have both been going through
mentally and emotionally
Because it seems that
our love for each other
is constantly being tested
more then we want it to be
Yet you and I keep
going through things together
and we keep asking ourselves
why we have to go through
the things that we do
But honestly I think the reason
that you and I have stood beside each other
and have withheld the tests of time together
is because God intended for us to be with each other
because he knew that we could
handle what ever challenges came our way
And I am sure we will go through
many more trials and errors
and we will cross many more valleys
And no matter how hard it may be
at times for you and I
