I keep asking myself

I keep asking myself
should I keep living my life
in this way
feeling lonely every day
Because I do not think
that this is the way
that God intended it to be
I just think that God
is trying to teach me
like a father would his son
so that I can eventually
find my way peacefully
Because I have never
in my whole life felt
as lonely as I do right now
and it is slowly killing me
and it is effecting me
mentally and emotionally
Honestly I do not know
how much longer I can
continue to live my life in this way
And all I can do for now
is to hope and pray
that good things will
start to come my way
so that I can live
the rest of my life being happy
