The Lord had answered her prayers that day

She was tired of living
and she decided that it was time
to go and visit her Chaplin

dividers

So she walked down the street right away
because the church was just a couple of blocks away

dividers

And when she got there the Chaplin started talking to her right away

dividers

And She explained her present situation to him
and tears started falling down from her eyes
like a volcanic eruption

dividers

She was distraught from always  being beaten
every day by her husband and she was hurting and suffering
and all she needed was some guidance and some comforting
and more then anything else she needed the motivation
and the strength from her Chaplin to encourage her to finally be able to
walk away from her present situation

dividers

Because she couldn't do it on her own
and she desperately needed the Lords intervention
and she also knew that she couldn't continue to live
through another day of daily confrontations

dividers

And the Chaplin told her that the Lord
will provide a way to safety
so that you  can finally be free
from your enemies and there wicked ways

dividers

And then the Chaplin said a few prayers with her and before they were finished praying
there was an interruption and a call came in on her cell phone
and she looked down to see who it was from and her caller Identification said it
was coming from the police station

dividers

So she quickly answered the phone
and the officer asked her if she could
come on down because they wanted to talk to her in person
and she said that she would be there as soon as she can
and she hung up the phone and then she asked her Chaplin
if he would drive her down to the station
because she couldn't possibly drive down there in her current situation
and the Chaplin said he would do anything he could do to help her
so they both left and got into his car
and they both knew they didn't have to drive to far
because they were only a few blocks away  from city hall
and neither one of them had any idea why she
had to go down to the police station
but when they got there an officer asked her to go into
the other room with him so he could to talk to her

dividers

And this is when she found out
that the reason they had called her down
to the police station that day
was to let her know in person
that her husband had passed away
driving to work that day

dividers

And this is when she remembered
what the Chaplin had said to her
earlier that day
that the Lord will provide a way to safety
so that you can finally be free
from your enemies and there wicked ways

dividers

And in that very moment she was relieved
when she realized that the Lord had answered her prayers that day
because she was finally free from all her pain and agony
and also free to live for another day
