Were living two separate lives
A world apart from each other
And were both hanging on by a thread
Wondering how our relationship can possibly survive
When we both know that other relationships
just like ours have failed
And all we can do for now
is to keep hoping and praying
That a miracle can keep us together
So that the love that we have
always had for each other
Can continue to remain alive
