Matthew 6:19-21 Treasures in HeavenMatthew 6:19-21 Treasures in Heaven So many people are just seeking riches & gold They just want their wealth to hold Earthly riches are easily rusted With such wealth who would have friends to be trusted These precious treasures many would seek to steal Their love for it is so strong nothing can heal Treasures or The Lord its one or the other who we will serve But our Lord Jesus our truth & love He deserves Whatever you choose as your treasure Will bring your pleasure But only the Lord in Heaven promised us so much more When our treasures in Heaven we do store Our treasures in Heaven are worth far more than silver or gold Because in the Lord Jesus our eternal wealth is untold Ó Kevin Fletcher 22nd September 2008 Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
