The love of a mother who has passed on, is missed most when: You are sick..... Your son gets engaged to be married and you want to call mom to tell her all about it...... The kids have their first day of school, I miss the 4 pm call to see if all was good.......... Your daughter goes through strife and you just want to know from mom that all will be alright......... It's a sunny day, come and sit on the porch in the shade....... I just want to stop by, someone else lives there now. Just doesn't seem right, somehow............. Holiday hustle and bustle, you taught me how to cook for an army......... The harvest time, you always called to see about the farming........ It's her 17th birthday grandma, wish we could come by and get a hug......... We remember how much you showed your love........ I try to dial a number to call someone, and I dial your number? It's been over 2 years already........I miss your voice....... The change of seasons,I miss your funny little winter hat... My mind in turmoil, would love a chat. Times like these I wish you were there for a hug and encouragement. Missing you today, must be you are there thinking about me? It's been 3 years this month, since you have been pain free! There's been so much going on He is married now and would make you proud his wife is sweet and such a joy. He will graduate soon grandma from Texas Tech, Oh you'd be so proud! She's grown up, our little girl.... she has moved on to a whole new world. She has given me a grand baby a precious little boy, to love and to hold. A wonderful mommy, learning and loving....... He is already in 5th grade so hard to believe he was just five when when you had to leave, Just like you he loves the out doors! Gary and I are happy and doing fine, Mom he loves me the way you would have wanted him too. Today I am sad, missing you so, today I am remembering the love you would always show.
