To Push and Plea
When a woman tires of being done wrong,
her spirit snaps and she ends the song.
There is nothing left for her to share;
so, she travels alone and doesn't care.
We beg our partner to consider and see;
until there's no reason left to plea.
We do everything for our love;
but,he continues to push and shove!
Why does this happen-"Please explain why?"
All we'll have left is an empty sigh!
We started our relationship as more than friends.
We wonder if this is where our song ends.
I talk until my voice gets hoarse;
yet,there's a time to listen,of course!
Pick and choose wisely;for,there's no room for a mistake.
It's up to us what decisions we make.
What will the future be?
Get it together,or, live seperately?
